Comprehensive Support for Meaningful Lives
At Gratitude Care Services Inc., we are committed to providing compassionate, person-centered services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live meaningful, independent, and connected lives within their communities. Our dedicated team works closely with individuals, families, guardians, case managers, and support teams to ensure services are tailored to each person's unique goals, preferences, and needs.
Residential and In-Home Support Services (IRSS)
IRSS delivers individualized residential and in-home supports that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely, independently, and successfully in their homes and communities while promoting dignity, choice, and person-centered care.
Personal Care Alternative (PCA)
Personal Care Alternative services provide individualized support to individuals who wish to remain in their own homes while receiving assistance with daily living activities. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring health and safety.

Family Caregiver (FCG)
Family Caregiver services allow eligible family members to become paid caregivers while continuing to provide support in a familiar and loving environment. This service recognizes the vital role families play in the lives of their loved ones and helps ensure continuity of care.

Supported Community Connections (SCC)
Supported Community Connections services help individuals build meaningful relationships, increase community involvement, and participate in activities that enrich their lives. Our SCC program focuses on promoting social inclusion, personal growth, and community engagement.

Community Connector
Assists individuals in accessing community resources, building relationships, participating in meaningful activities, increasing independence, improving social inclusion, connecting with employment, volunteer opportunities, education, healthcare, and recreational services while strengthening natural community supports.
Non-Medical Transportation
Providing safe, dependable, timely transportation for individuals to access healthcare appointments, employment, shopping, community activities, educational opportunities, social engagements, and other essential destinations while ensuring comfort, dignity, and reliability.
Host Home Services
Host Home Services provide individuals with the opportunity to live in a caring family environment rather than a congregate setting. Individuals reside with carefully screened and trained host home providers who offer personalized support in a family-centered atmosphere.

Our Digital Equity Training program helps older adults connect, learn, and thrive in today's technology-driven world. In partnership with the Next50 Foundation, we provide supportive, culturally responsive instruction that closes the digital divide and builds confidence.
Participants learn essential digital skills for communication, safety, healthcare access, job searching, and everyday independence.
