Our Approach
ELEVATE helps immigrant and low-income Coloradans with disabilities secure federal benefits and step straight into paid work. Our trilingual Navigators file SSI/SSDI and Medicaid packets in record time while clients complete a six-week, accessible Digital-Skills Bootcamp.
Graduates receive a free laptop and the chance to join our worker-owned Language-Access Cooperative, earning $28 per hour providing translation and interpretation services to clinics, courts, and county agencies. A wheelchair-accessible Mobile Studio brings the program to satellite communities across the Front Range and the San Luis Valley.
